our programme

Archduke Johann and Anna were a fit couple. She loved nothing more than to dance and kept climbing the mountains until she was over the age of 70 to stay fit. Take after the pair's good example and participate in our daily fit & mental programme. 

With our weekly alternating fit & mental program, we adapt to the 4 seasons and offer a wide range of different activities.

We invite you to take a refreshing dip in the water for stimulating or joint-gentle water gymnastics and take you out into the fresh air on walks, guided hikes or Nordic walking. We also organise dance and make-up workshops, as well as workshops for aromatherapy, imaginary journeys and much more!
