AlpYURVEDA
Our AlpYURVEDic treatments are based on natural ingredients from the surrounding mountainous landscape of the Aussee region. These include herbs and curative plants, natural remedies, such as peat, brine, milk and honey, as well as oils and healing stones, offering a real bounty from nature's own pharmacy.
Our AlpYURVEDA treatments are based on the 3 principals of Vata, Pitta und Kapha, without neglecting the diverse tastes of bitter, sweet, sour, salty, tart and hot which determine internal balance.
Alpine gentian plays a key part in our AlpYURVEDA treatments, featuring in packs, wraps and massages. Its bitter substances curb the appetite and promote fat burning. Alpine gentian also promotes energy balance and is preferably used in combination with brine for various treatments.

In order to offer your mind and body the optimal AlpYURVEDA experience, we recommend our AlpYURVEDA triology, designed to familiarise you with the practice through various treatments.

AlpYURVEDA week-long cure
Looking for the Ayurvedic all-round package for bodily vitalisation & cleansing, then our AlpYURVEDA week-long cure is just right for you! Following a personal consultation in advance or on the day, our AlpYURVEDA team of experts will tailor a coordinated program for you with a view to achieving your best possible spa results.
You can choose from 3 different AlpYURVEDA cure packages, the lively (light & cold), the adventurous (light & hot) and the peaceful (heavy & cold). Our AlpYURVEDA week-long cure includes, among other things, an introductory talk, daily salt water-gentian cocktails to drink and a combination of 8 to 10 body & facial treatments tailored to your needs.
